Who Are You
When You stop running?
mentorship for when you’re done performing
You wake up. The dread is already there.
You move through another day same as before. The version others describe — calm, on top of it, available — isn't the one inside your chest.
You come home and perform there too. Your partner. Your kids. Yourself.
You feel yourself crawling slowly toward death while you're still alive. Useful everywhere. Fully present nowhere.
This is the slow erosion of someone who stopped asking what they actually want and started managing what they have.
If this is where you are, there's still time.
But only if you take radical responsibility for your life.
there’s another version.
You stop apologizing for taking up space.
Your voice changes. Quieter where it used to be loud. Louder where it used to be quiet.
You stop performing in your own life. The way you agree when you don't. The way you shrink in the conversation you should be leading. The way you move through your own home like a guest.
You start making life happen instead of waiting for it to change.
The people who care about you stop getting the performance and start getting you — the thing you were trying to give them all along.
The work isn't about becoming someone new. It's about trusting the man you already are, enough to let him be seen.
HOW WE WORK
We go into the wound. We find what you've been protecting against for years. We bring those parts of you back into contact with your actual life: your relationships, your body, your purpose.
Not as a project. As a journey to wholeness.
It shows up first in your body, then in your relationships, then in everything else.
I have relied on Ish for the past year in navigating the blurry waters of relationship to women, my addictions, and deep inner work. He's helped me move through stuck-ness, smallness and depression to unlock my fire; my voice, vitality, rage, and passion. His deeply attuned listening and compassion have held my grief and sadness.

THE ARC
The work isn't a weekend, a peak, or a breakthrough. It's the slow remaking of how you move through your actual life.
months 1-2: foundatioN
We break the unconscious pattern. Identify the core wounds driving your choices. Build your capacity to feel without drowning.
months 3-4: integration
You practice new ways of being in real life - under real pressure, with real people. We navigate the resistance that comes when you start changing.
months 5-6: embodiment
You're living from choice rather than reaction. Relationships shift. Work shifts. You stop leading from fear.
ongoing: maintenance
Monthly check-ins available. Advanced intensives. Alumni community.
The processes that we embarked were gut wrenching, soul cleansing, and felt like giving birth. The space that Ish holds is of true reverence to something deeper than many of us can touch, but only feel in our bones. It's been one of the greatest periods of my life. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a deeper dive into their soul.

This work is for you if:
You feel successful on the outside and hollow on the inside
You're in relationship crisis and know the individual work has to come first
You've read the books, done the therapy, and you know information isn't the problem
You're ready to be pushed, and to push yourself — not to achieve, but to experience more of yourself
This work is not for you if:
You want a quick fix
You're unwilling to feel discomfort
You're looking for someone to fix you rather than guide you
READY TO MAKE THE CROSSING?
Start with a conversation. No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest look at where you are and whether this is the right fit.
