the wholly wild
Awaken Your Heart. Embody Your Purpose. Unleash Your Potential
You’re stuck in survival mode, disconnected from your heart and your true purpose.
You can feel yourself dying a little more each day. Each morning brings the same hollow dread - you wake up, go to a job that drains you, and dread coming home even more to a relationship that’s dead.
Something in your life is missing, but you can’t quite put your finger on it. You’re just getting by, and the feelings of isolation, anxiousness, and dissatisfaction are increasing.
You can feel yourself crawling, slowly, towards your death while you’re still alive.
If this is you, there is still time.
but only if you choose to take radical responsibility for your life.
here’s how we reclaim the lost pieces of you
Align with Your True Self
Through Shadow and Parts work, we’ll unearth and integrate the parts of you that have been buried. You’ll learn to embrace your primal self and step into life with confidence, vitality, and purpose.
Reconnect with Your Relationships
If intimacy, communication, or trust have become struggles, this program will help you rebuild deep emotional and spiritual connections. You’ll shift from feeling disconnected and unsatisfied to being fully present, vulnerable, and committed in your relationships.
Transform Your Career and Purpose
No more dreading a meaningless 9-to-5. We’ll dig into your true purpose and align your work with what genuinely matters to you. You’ll wake up excited about your day and the impact you’re making.
Revitalize Your Health and Well-being
You’ll reconnect with your body, embrace play and adventure, and treat yourself with the reverence you deserve. You’ll start living with energy, joy, and a deep connection to your physical self.
Redefine Wealth and Abundance
You’ll move beyond scarcity thinking and into a space where you see yourself as the creator of your own life. Whether it’s financial or otherwise, you’ll find fulfillment and contentment in all areas.
Reconnect to God
You’ll rediscover a deeper, more subtle connection to Life. You’ll start to realize that you’re not separate, and that there’s a greater current flowing through you, helping you every step of the way as you take bigger and bigger leaps into reclaiming your life.
In every moment you’re reinforcing the life that wasn’t working before.
Or, you’re choosing a new one.
It’s easy to get trapped in the conditioning, unhelpful beliefs, and negative judgments.
After all, it’s the way our brain is wired.
We find an identity, and (regardless of how hard it is) we choose it over and over because it’s easier than building a new one.
But if you had someone who would reflect anytime the unhelpful patterns show up, help you with making new choices, and give you the structure and accountability to make them…what could be different?
HOW WOULD YOU BE DIFFERENT?

All Roads Lead to Relationship.
Here's what I've learned after years of working with my clients:
Every breakthrough you have individually will eventually be tested in relationship.
Your capacity for presence. Your ability to stay open when triggered. Your willingness to be seen in your full truth - including your shadows.
The work we do together isn't just about becoming a better person. It's about becoming someone capable of the love and intimacy you actually want.
Whether you're single and preparing for conscious relationship, or partnered and ready to show up differently, the skills are the same:
How to stay present when you want to run
How to love someone without trying to fix or control them
How to be authentic without being selfish
How to hold space for another's emotions without losing yourself
This is why many of the clients I work with eventually bring their partners into the work.
Because real transformation happens in relationship. Always.

"I have relied on Ish for the past year in navigating the blurry waters of relationship to women, my addictions, and deep inner work. He's helped me move through stuck-ness, smallness and depression to unlock my fire; my voice, vitality, rage, and passion. His deeply attuned listening and compassion have held my grief and sadness. If you stay on this path, you risk spending the rest of your life stuck in survival mode, disconnected from your heart, and always feeling like something’s missing. Your relationships will falter, your work will feel empty, and you’ll keep chasing external happiness that never truly satisfies you.
You’ll die feeling incomplete, and wondering what if?
But it doesn’t have to be that way. What if there’s a path to deep transformation that allows you to live fully, love deeply, and lead your life with confidence?

"you can’t beat death but
you can beat death in life, sometimes.
and the more often you learn to do it,
the more light there will be.
your life is your life.
know it while you have it."

"Ish helped me to hold myself accountable not only to my time, not only to my relationships, but to all aspects of my life. Everything I do now is done with intent. And that's had a significant impact. It's the relationship between my friends, my employees, my family that have grown. I would recommend this work honestly to anyone."

I work with folks who are aware of something needing to shift in their approach and relationship with life.
My clients aren’t looking for quick fixes or to follow someone else’s playbook through this passage.
They are at a place in life where they value expansion, growth, fun and meaning above external possessions, status, or titles.
They’re interested in creating a life that is full of flow, enthusiasm, and energy, arising from true alignment.
They are called to go deeper and unearth what’s actually been driving them as they learn to create a life that actually feels good on a moment-to-moment basis and that is truly sustainable.

Traditional coaching focuses on goals and strategies. Therapy typically processes past wounds. This work integrates shadow work, embodiment, and purposeful action to create transformation at the identity level - not just behavior change.
-
I am an intentionally independent guide and not a licensed therapist.
My entire coaching philosophy can be summed up this way:a part of you already knows what is right, what to do next, and what is authentically true for you.
There’s no fixed approach to my work, as I find adapting my toolkit to your personal situation, needs and background is the most effective.
Every mentorship is unique. The direction we take depends on your timing, questions, and intentions, as well as the life phase you’re in. Sometimes we follow a clear plan, other times we let the process unfold naturally.
That said, I rely on a few core methods, some of which include:
Internal Family Systems/Parts Work
Jungian Shadow Work
Sexual Polarity
Somatic Awareness & Experiencing
Reparenting & Inner Archetype Work

I start each session by dropping in somatically, taking a couple minutes to ground, breathe and slow down together into intentional, transformational space.
We then check-in on how things have gone for you since our last session, including any homework, action items, accountabilities, and changes you have made.
Based on what’s alive for you, we typically then go deep on one or two topics. I move fluidly between coach, mentor, and advisor, depending on what you need, blending inner work with strategic thinking, questions, reflections and mirroring.
Some sessions bring sharp clarity and actionable next steps, with strong accountability and homework to lock in the new understanding gained.
Others unfold slowly until something breaks through - a memory, a truth, an action, or insight that’s been waiting just beneath the surface. We don’t force breakthroughs. We create conditions for insight to emerge naturally.
We typically end sessions with a summary of what we explored, and set any action items and accountability for the week ahead.
After the call, I will create session notes, and add those to our coaching hub for your reference and review.

You'll have specific practices and experiments to try in real life. The real work happens between our calls - I provide the container, you do the living.
-
I work on a monthly retainer rather than a per-session fee or large upfront fee.
Rates range from $1000- $3000+ per month based on number of sessions per month, plus a sliding scale based on financial situation, not perceived value.
My approach is to work with you to find a number that feels like a meaningful investment in your future without creating undue financial strain.
There’s no large upfront payment or long-term contract, beyond an agreement to commit to an initial container of 3, 6, or 9 months together. After that, we go month to month, with the agreement to give each other a month notice when it becomes clear that our partnership has served its purpose in your life.
-
Our sessions are held on Zoom.
Most clients meet with me either twice or four times per month for 60-120 minute sessions.
That rhythm tends to offer a good balance of spaciousness and momentum, but we’ll adjust based on what best supports you and the season you’re in.
-
Clients who are prepared to invest at least 7 hours / week, in addition to our calls, will see the best results.
If you can’t guarantee this minimal level of investment, I would suggest that you are not truly ready for mentorship, let alone to embark on a true transformation of your life.
More than time, the crucial aspect of success in mentorship is your willingness and ability to slow down and listen to yourself.
-
We'll start with your individual work, but every breakthrough will be tested in relationship. Many clients eventually bring their partners into couples work when both are ready.
-
No I don’t. The only way to work with me is by monthly retainer (discussed above under “rates”).
After many years of offering both long-term partnerships and one-off sessions, I have found that the most transformational, impactful and mutually satisfying arrangement is a steady engagement in the work.
One-off sessions don’t allow the opportunity to really go deep, be seen and mirrored, and see change accumulate over time.
That said, I wouldn’t expect anyone to decide to work with me without first getting on a call, which is why I offer the intro session as a chance to explore your questions and your life, and give you a sense of how I work.
Alternatively, I offer a 3 session quick dive package, which is a lower cost, lower stakes way of working with me where we focus our energy and time on one specific area of your life to get you unblocked. -
There’s no fixed timeline for transition or transformation. I ask for an energetic commitment of at least 6 months (3 on rare occasions), as that seems to be the minimum requirement to actually make the investment on both our part worth it. The first 3 months focus on breaking old patterns. Months 4-6 build new capacity. Beyond that, it's about integration and refinement.
That said, I find that the relationship unfolds organically, shaped by what your intentions are and what’s emerging in your life, as well as the commitment you bring to the work we do, both on and off the regular calls.
Some clients work with me for 6 months, but usually 1-2 years is what works best to go through a full cycle of transformation. We check in regularly and adjust as needed. What matters most is that the work continues to serve your evolution. That’s what I’m here for.
No coaching relationship should last forever. Our work is meant to reconnect you with your own clarity, power, and pace. There’s a natural endpoint when you no longer need this kind of support. I trust that we will both know when that moment has arrived.

First, book an intro call.
During this session, we’ll explore your life, where you’re at now, your goals, and how we’d approach them in our mentorship together.
After we have met each other and agreed that we will work together, you will setup your recurring payment though a link I provide.
Then we’ll both sign a mentorship agreement which lays out the terms of our engagement.
I will invite you to your own private mentorship hub inside of Notion, which will include notes from all our calls, a place for you to record questions, agenda items, and ideas for upcoming sessions, and access to all my previously released trainings and courses, as well as new releases.
You will also complete a thorough intake which will lay the foundation for your goals and our work together. It will also give us a valuable reference point to come back to as you make progress in the mentorship.
We will decide on a recurring time and day of the week to meet, and have our first session. From there, each session will build on the last as we work on the key themes, decisions, and changes in your life.
