Our connection to ourselves is dictated by our connection to our breath. Conscious Connected Breathing is an ancient practice of reconnection where our inhalation and exhalation are connected without a pause, and to promote healing by rewinding maladaptive breathing patterns.
By observing our unconscious breathing patterns, we gain insight into unproductive and unhealthy patterns in our lives. Being facilitated in a breathwork session helps bring attention to where we are unconscious in our breath and in our lives. When we breath with intentionality while simultaneously surrendering any forcing or agenda, profound, beneficial transformations become possible. Conscious Connected Breathing brings us directly into contact with the present moment, and the majority of self-limiting beliefs/behaviors lose power over us when exposed to the light of Awareness.
In our session, we will co-create a grounded space where dynamic, present-moment awareness can liberate old, unexpressed emotions, and co-create new baselines of physical, emotional, and spiritual vitality.

These sessions are structured intentionally, with space before and after for integration. Music, verbal, and energetic facilitation guides the breather into a meditation where energetic resistance to healing/growth can be integrated with the higher vibrational resonance of the established intention.
The sessions happen over Zoom (unless you’re in Salt Spring Island, Victoria, or Vancouver, in which case, we can do this in-person) and I need to be able to see you. To facilitate that, I ask you find a quiet, comfortable, private space where the screen is pointed towards your abdomen from either side.
What to bring: Warm cozy layers of clothing and eye pillow. A sacred space to lie down is also ideal.
In order to create an integral container for safe reconnection to and transformation through the Breath, I ask the following:

The session is set up for 2 hours to give us time
