The crossing
who are you when no one is watching?
A twelve-week men's group. Online. The first crossing — the return to yourself, done from wherever you stand.
The next circle begins Sep 24 ‘26
I used to think the real work only happened on a mountain. After all, most of my work is in person.
But most men can't drop their lives and get on a plane. And the crossing doesn't actually live in the altitude. It lives in the willingness to be seen.
So this is that — the first crossing, brought to where you already are. Twelve weeks with a small circle of men, on video, one night a week. No performance. No fixing. Just the work of coming back to yourself, done alongside men doing the same.
You go in as one man. You come back as another.
this is for you if…
You have everything, and you feel nothing.
On paper it works. The job, maybe the relationship, the life you were supposed to build. And somewhere in the quiet — the drive home, the hour before sleep — there's a flatness you can't name and don't talk about.
You've read the books. You know the language. You can explain your patterns better than anyone. And nothing has moved, because understanding was never the thing that moves it.
What moves it is being witnessed. By men who aren't impressed by your competence and aren't scared of your grief.
That's what this is.
the shape
Twelve weeks. One circle. Capped at 8 men.
We meet once a week, ninety minutes, same night every week, on video. Between the calls, you practice — in your body, in your breath, in whatever land is near you. The work doesn't stay on the screen. It goes into your week.
The twelve weeks move through three crossings:
The Return to Self. You stop performing long enough to find out who's underneath. The fear you've been managing your whole life gets named — and turned toward instead of away from.
The Return to Other. The armor you built to survive is the same armor keeping you alone. We look at what it costs you — in your love, your friendships, your fathering — and what it would mean to set it down.
The Return to Source. What are you actually here for? Not the goal. The pull underneath the goal. You leave with it named, and a practice for staying close to it.
We’ll have a private channel to keep the circle alive between sessions.
Twelve weeks. capped at eight men. next cohort begins sep ‘26.
investment
$1,500 for the twelve weeks. Or three payments of $525.
If this is the beginning of longer work together, it's the doorway to it. If it's the whole thing you need right now, it stands on its own.
this is not for you if…
This isn't for everyone.
It's not for you if you want a webinar. Or a framework. Or another set of tools to add to the pile you already understand and don't use.
It's not for you if you want to watch. This is a circle, not an audience. You'll be asked to speak, to be seen, to do the practice between sessions when no one's checking.
It's not for you if you're looking for information. If that's what you want, buy a book — I'll even recommend a few.
It's for the man who's done reading about it and ready to cross.
about me
I'm Ish. I guide men through crossings.
I don't guide from having arrived. I guide from having gone in and coming back out — the descent, the grief, the years of performing a life instead of living it, and the long work of finding my way back.
The door is open.
The application takes ten minutes. A short conversation follows. No pitch. No pressure. Capped at eight men. The next circle begins Sep 24 ‘26.
