Small Crossings
Daily and weekly practices for coming back to life
At 3 AM on a random Tuesday, I had everything I thought I wanted and felt like I was dying inside.
What brought me back wasn't more information. I'd read the books. I'd done the therapy. What brought me back was small and physical — my breath, the cold morning air, time in the wild, and the people I'd stopped truly seeing.
This is a handful of those practices. The ones I actually use, and the ones I guide people through — back to your body, the wild, and the people you love.
None of it takes long. All of it asks you to be honest.
Take what's alive. Leave the rest.
